A letter to apology

Today....
The wind blow too strong to me
It succeed to make the leaves fall one by one
As if it’s autumn

Today....
A butterfly whispered to me to surrender
Not because of the strong wind
But because of I have to announce you this gloomy day

Today....
I began to realize
the Creator makes the storms in order to strengthen
the roots, the branch and the leaves

Three Musketeers

There is one thing better than making a new friend, and that is keeping an old one ~Elmer G

In 1996 my family moved to a small house in Demak. I was two years old. I forgot how my feeling was at that time. Three years later, I went to a kindergarten near my house. My grandmother always took care of me. She is the one who accompanied me in school because my parents were busy with their job. Every day, my grandma had to stand up and looked at me from my class window. When my teacher taught me, sometimes I looked at the window to check whether my grandma was still there or not. If I didn’t find her, I would cry. I never imagine how hard to be my grandma was, I mean standing all the time was really tiring. However, never she complained to me. She’s the best grandma in the world!

I got acquainted with my neighbors. Our house is parallel. Beside my house is Stefanie’s and beside her house is Intan’s. The tree of us are in the same age. Stefi and Intan went to TK Pamekar Budi while I went to TK Wijaya Kusuma. Pamekar budi is further than Wijaya Kusuma. No wonder if they chose pedicab for their transportation. The time was fleeting. We graduated from kindergarten. I was very glad since I wouldn’t have to draw stove anymore. Fyi I got C when I drew it. Indeed, I wasn’t very good at drawing especially drawing STOVE AND ITS COMPONENTS such as wicks, etc.  Not to mention, I was so weak in kindergarten. Some of my friends asked my food in bad manner, even pulled my hair :( . Ah I just couldn’t be happier than graduating from TK.

I went to an elementary school. Stefanie, Intan and I chose SDN Katonsari 3 or aka SD TINGKAT (perhaps because of there are 2 stairs ?). We got closer and closer. We went to school and went home on foot together. Six years is not a short time. After going home, we usually gathered at Stefi’s house to play doll, act or we usually called it “ibuk-ibukan” haha, watch teletubbies and titanic, cook, dance India, etc. When evening came, we were lingering in front of Stefi’s house only to talk unimportant things. We laughed and giggled. Indeed, Stefi’s house was our basecamp, lol.  Ah I do miss that moments guys, don’t you? :’)

We graduated. Stefi and I went to SMP N 1 Demak while Intan went to SMP N 2 Demak. Stefi and I still went to school and went home on foot together. We began to play rarely with Intan. All of  us was busy with our own business. In addition, national examination forced us to study harder and harder. We also took some courses after school. I began to feel that we were far apart though our house was near.

Welcome senior high school :) . After graduating fron JHS, we went to the same boat, SMA N 1 Demak. Intan and I were in the same class in the 2nd grade. For the fourth time I chose school in the same complex with my house hehe. Alhamdulillah my house was strategic enough. There are Kindegarten, ES, JHS, SHS and even University. However after graduating from SHS, we didn’t went to same university.
Stefi goes to Sanata Darma (Jogja), Intan goes to IKIP PGRI (Semarang) and I go to UNNES (Semarang).

I know we still call each other friends. But I feel there’s something wrong with our friendship. Yes, we are far far apart. Not only the distance I mean. Intan and Stefi have made new friends and so have I. We are talking less and less. Inside I’m blue. Indeed, keeping in touch in our ‘special connection’  is not easy. That’s the reason why I make this notes.

I want both of you know how much you mean to me. I want our friendship back. I want we always remember that we ever experienced our most important moments together, shared everything either good and bad. I want when we have children, they will be good friends too. Yeah this friendship complete me. My life is perfect with your presence. Final words, I want to thank to Allah SWT for letting me meet you. Thank you very much for everything guys and please forgive all my mistakesss. You are more than my best friend. I couldn’t be happier to have you in my life :)

Officially Dead

The story began on January 13, 2014. I was attending national dialogue in my campus. It was such a wonderful dialog with the outstanding speakers, Mr Wiranto, Anis Matta, Sutiyoso, etc. Besides it was free of charge anyway hehe.. Thousands people stood in queue to write the attendance list, including me. In my opinion it was such a patience test, whenever you can’t bear to watch huge numbers of human, you just went home. However, when you are patient enough you’ll survive to get a seat. Not to mention, some MENWA was up to their ears in checking people’s bags. I’m sorry to say, they confiscated my friend’s cutter temporarily. We were both wanna laugh and sad. Then, My friends and I were a bit confuse looking for the empty seats cz it was totally full. However, alhamdulillah we got some empty seats upstairs. The worst thing was that I forgot to bring my glasses -__-. No wonder if I wasn’t able to see the presentation clearly. Suddenly I got a call from my daddy. The noise atmosphere made me couldn’t listen his voice clearly. So, I asked him to send me a message. I was shocked when he announced me that he couldn’t pick me up on the next day because  one of my uncle died :( .

This evening, my curiosity insisted me to ask the detail info about my uncle’s death to my dad. Heart attack made my uncle was coma for days in a hospital. At last, he took his last breath last Monday. On Tuesday, he was officially buried by military ceremony since his occupation was police. My parents met my relatives from all over city. My parents do told me that tons of people were attending to the funeral. Indeed, my uncle was a good man. I still remembered when my brother got an accident. He was hospitalized at the same town with my uncle. My uncle’s family let me sleep in their house. ( I mean he’s not direct uncle either from my mom and dad, but he’s uncle from my grand grandparent. Confuse huh? So do I).

It was just a piece of the stories. My daddy also told me the family tree of my big family. There are many varieties job in my big family such as ; veterinarian, police, farmer, engineer, civil servant, lecturer, teacher, atlet, accountant, etc.

Final words, my dad gave me tons advice. He asked me to save some of my money in order to alm with others. He also prohibited me to discriminate people by their occupation or financial because Allah SWT never discriminate HIS mankind . We have to respect to them whatever their jobs are because we are all the same in GOD’s eye. So if our creator can, why we can’t ?

'FLOWER'

Roses are red
Violets are purple
Jasmines are white
Sunflowers are yellow
Don't expect something romantic guys, these are just fact of flowers' color! :D

Assalamu'alaikum..

Hello fellas! How’s life? It’s gonna be my very first time to write in this lovely blog in 2014. Sorry for my long absence because of the college stuff, organizations and not to mention the final exam lately. However, Alhamdulillah everything was done and from tomorrow on I’m gonna have a loooooong holiday.. yeaaah!!  Please pray for my best result, dude!
As what I’ve written in the title above, yes, I’m gonna talk about ‘flower’. However, what I mean is not flower in the denotation meaning. There’s always meaning behind the meaning.

Have you ever planted a flower? A rose for example ? Have you?

If you haven’t and you wanna search any info about planting flower, I’m really sorry dude cz I guess you go to the wrong site. Alright forget about it and let’s go back to our business. Let’s imagine ladies and gentle man!

Four years ago, you planted a rose seed. You looked after it patiently. You watered it every day. You saved your money to buy some fertilizer in order to make your plant grew beautifully. Day by day, it blossomed into a pretty rose. You loved it very much. On the one hand, you really wanted to pick it up but on the other hand you were afraid if it dies. Then you decided to let it grow. One day, one of your friend looked up your house . All of a sudden, she loved your rose after seeing it. She asked it from you. In your deepest heart, you refused to give it but you weren’t able to make your friend became sad. At last, you let her pick it by herself and she went with your rose happily. Tears flew away. You weren’t able to hide your sadness. Indeed, you don’t have that rose anymore but at least you have made your friend happy :)

If you love a flower, don’t pick it up because it will die. Just let it be.

Don’t worry if someone picks it up. Because LOVE is not about POSSESSION

Do believe that when ALLAH removes the flower, it is (only) in order to empty your hands, for an even more beautiful flower!

ALM PATTERN :)

Assalamu’alaikum..

Hello fellas!
This week is gonna be my last lecturing week during the 3rd semester. Yeay!
Time flies! I’ll have final test next year! Sounds long, isn’t it? -__-

It was my last citizenship education lecturing program. I felt both happy and sad. But I’m gonna miss this class anyway. At the end of the lecturing, my lecturer gave us a super awesome lesson.
He gave us alm pattern:

If you give 1 and you expect to receive 1, so you’ll get 1/1 = 1
If you give 1 and you expect to receive 2, so you’ll get ½ = 0,5
If you give 1 and you never expect anything, so you’ll get 1/0=∞ (it means you’ll get so much and probably uncountable).
Subhanallah, I do agree with that pattern. When we wanna alm to others, don’t expect that we’ll get more feedback. Because it means that we didn’t do it from our deepest heart. But when we alm to people and we do it with our purity heart, so insyaAllah Allah will give us tons of feedback that we have never expected before.

So, the conclusion is the more you alm in order (only) to get much feedback = the less you’ll get.
But the more you alm and never expect anything = the more you’ll get. That’s it!
And here is one of the quote that my lecturer told at the very beginning of the class (in order to make students love citizenship) :
Please pretend to love me, until you forget that you are still pretending!
Yes, from tons of citizenship materials, what I deeply remember are both of that. What a shame! -_-
